Is this really one payment?
Yes. $67 once, charged by Stripe, no card kept on file, nothing renews. The plan stays on your account for as long as InstaDemo exists.
Why 20 demos a month and not unlimited?
Rendering costs real compute. Pro customers use about three demos a month, so 20 covers every real use while keeping the deal honest for everyone who bought a seat. Your 25 bonus demos sit on top and never expire, and you can always add more.
What happens to the demos I already made?
Every finished demo on your account stops expiring the moment you buy. New ones render in 1080p without the watermark.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes, and you should. A free account makes watermarked 480p demos of your own site, so you see exactly what the finished video looks like before spending anything.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days, yes, as long as you have not rendered a demo on the plan. There is a refund form on your plan page: two questions, no email needed. Your account switches back to free the moment you send it and the money returns to your card.
Does "forever" include things you add later?
You get everything in Pro as it exists today, and every improvement to it, for as long as InstaDemo runs. If we launch a brand-new paid product on top of Pro one day, it may be priced separately, and founders will hear about it first.
What if I already pay for Pro?
Buy a seat and write to [email protected]. We cancel your subscription and refund the unused part of your current period.
Does it work on any site?
Any public website, including apps behind a login if you record the steps with Autopilot. Sites that block bots or need a CAPTCHA cannot be filmed automatically.
